Additional Comments: Car Clinic is a family operated auto repair business located on Strasburg Road (Rt 741) in Paradise owned by Michael and Sherry Donnell. We have been in business since 2000. We strive to provide our customers with excellent quality service on their vehicles.
We employ three ASE certified technicians with over 30 years experience combined. Our technicians are qualified in all areas of automotive repair and maintenance on domestic and import cars and light trucks. Our technicians take great pride in providing quality work by continuously updating their education through regular training and further education courses. We are an AAA certified approve repair facility.
At Car Clinic we perform all areas of automotive repair and maintenance including Pennsylvania state inspection and emission testing, lube, oil and filter services, brakes, tires, air conditioning, cooling systems, tune ups, factory maintenance recommendations and general repairs. We stand behind our dedication to a high caliber of excellent work performed and the quality of the parts that we use by offering an in house warranty of 24 months or 24,000 mile on parts and labor.
Our Service Manager, Heather, will provide you with clear communication on what your car may need, and be happy to answer any questions you may have in regards to your vehicle. We offer a free 30 point courtesy check with every service and help you to plan for any repairs or maintenance you may need now or in the future. We don’t surprise you with a bill for work that was not authorized; we keep you informed and get approval for any work that is necessary on your vehicle.
Our business hours are Monday thru Thursday 8 am to 5 pm and Friday 8 am to 4pm. For your convenience we offer a key drop so you may leave your vehicle after hours, and offer appointments to wait while your vehicle is being serviced.
Car Clinic takes great pride in our community. We show our support through helping local charities and fire companies, helping to fund our local schools, churches, parks, Hospice and Children’s Hospitals. We also do our part to help the world through recycling. We recycle our oil filters, convert used oil into heat, recycle waste antifreeze, salvage scrap metal and separate the plastic, cardboard, paper and glass from our trash, as well as provide a used clothing drop off for anyone to use.
